建議開通次序（香港日常）
- 更新 Grok Bot App Store 版
- 開 Settings → Connected Apps → Phone（路徑以 app 當日 UI 為準）
- 先開 Calendar（讀）、Reminders → 叫佢摘要日程，核對啱唔啱
- 確認無亂加活動，先考慮寫入權限
- Messages／Home 最後先開：可讀可送訊、可控鎖——風險最高
- 完成後去 iOS 設定 → 私隱與保安 覆核 Grok Bot 權限
重要限制
- iMessage 唔喺今次更新
- 手機功能；Mac 同類權限未喺官方宣布內
- Mail／Notes 曾有早期 build 傳聞，未當正式 rollout
